Welcome section?

Do we have a welcome section like a spot were new people can post a hi and such? kinda ease themselves into the forum?

Yeah thats a good idea. Many forums have them. gives a little more insight on who they are and what they have.

And its a good way for them to build up a post count! At least then their first post won't be stupid or anything.

not sure if it usually helps their post count but it will give them a place to make their first post or two and some please also send you a pm upon joining we could do one that links to the V6 and 4Cyl FAQ and say look at that and use the search button before posting in the techincal forums

If we make one, posts probably will not count. People will be posting alot in there to up their count..
