Distributor Problems

I would like to buy a good quality distributor for 94 GS, does someone know where I buy it or which website. I bought one from ebay, distributor king, but it was a poor quality, no power at all. After that, I bought one from autozone, but after installed it, the engine light showed up. How can I do if I don't want to mod for external coil. ???

I'm running an autozone one that I got for $20.

It works good. I'd take the az one back. Or the light is from something else.
