You dont remove them, you overlay them.

Most aftermarket face require the needels to come off, but if you cut the small back end off then you can slip the new faces over the needles and ontop of stock ones.
People do this because resetting the needles is terribly hard and the needles will beak easily leaving you with a need for a new cluster.

To answer your question tough, they just pull straight off. Use a pair of needle nose pliers or something to grab the needle and pull gently making sure you don't slip off the needle. It takes a bit of force to get them off.

be carefull buddy you don't want your tach ending up like mine it spins the other way counterclock wise you just have to pull the neddles stright towards you and just remember were they were pointing when they came off worse case senerio you'll have to take a drive down by niagara college (the one off mountain road) and adjust you speedo by what the radar says your going thats why i did if you need anyhelp just give me a call and i can give you a hand.

also do you still have that power steering pump lying around if so i may just have to pick that up off of you sometime after friday.

but i have good news i got transfered to the st. catherines best buy and i'm in the install bay so if you want swing by.

Do you have to worry about putting the needlesback in the same spot on the temp and gas gauges??
