Any ideas would be appreciated

Do an online search (ebay, nopi.com.....) you can purchase a hide-a-way antenna...it comes in a roll of tape in which the antenna is stuck too...you tape it inside around the outer most part of your windshield were it cannot be seen...I cannot remember if it directly plugs in to your radio, or if it goes to some sort of modulator that you tuck away then to your radio....I was like 13 years old helping my brother put on in his porsche, and it worked perfectly...after installed you could not find a trace of antenna unless you started taking things apart. I know I recently saw one in Advanced Auto Parts.
