Anyone have a pic of...

a 8- 12 point cage in an mx-3.. my motor is here and cage is next! just trying to get an idea for what type of cage i am gonna do!

Sounds like a lot of extra weight. Are you rally racing or doing crash testing to need that much added safety?<P>You only need a 4 or 6 point cage to really stiffen up that chassis. Luc Tremblay has a 4 point bar in his MX for autocrossing.

i do lapping and solo 2! I won SCMC Solo 2 series last year! NOT SOME RICE BOY WHO WANTS TO LOOK COOL!!!! and i very scared of rolling my car!!! i wanted to go with just the 6 point <BR>-door bars<BR>-roof bar and then to the strut towers but now i am thinking about going down through the dash! and to the rear corners~! any ideas would be helpful

What you can do depends on what class youre in.

i'm not in it to win a class i am jsut there to have a s--- load of fun! Winning 2 events last year was just a bonus! A club i am involved with is renting Shannonville 5 times this summer for lapping so i gonna be geared towards that but will also be competing in solo 2 when i can! and maybe tring a couple solo 1 events! i wouldn;t mind hitting up the Mosport development track i heard its pretty cool!
