You can also customize some sort of remote to roll your driver's side window down for you...then u can reach inside and open up the door. Just make sure you carry an extra battery around so you don't get locked out!! But filling in the hole isn't that hard. Just take it to a body shop...they'll fit them in as if they were a dent.

Cute... Its been awhile since I heard anyone ask how to shave door handles. Do you have a car alarm? If not get one with electric door openers. That way you kill a couple birds with one stone. :) Shaved door handles or suicide doors as they are known is one of the first things people around here do to the body along with possibly a kit. Before you shave your door handles make sure you dont have something else you want to do with your body like remove dents or something. That saves you for repainting all the time and the paint not being matched because of fade and wear from the other parts of the car. My suggestion is if you dont want to do a full body paint have them at least paint the whole door.... Hope those suggestions helped. I plan having suicide doors also as soon as I get the FX design kit (this is long time down the road). Im suprised I dotn see more like that.

It is because in the 50's, I believe, they would race toward a cliff, and the first person to jump would lose....the suicide doors made them unable to jump from the moving vehicle....at least that is what I was told a long long time ago.
