How do I put up my personal icon???

In the top left corner of my post...How do I put my own picture inplace of where the mazda emblem is? I have seen some people with their own pic there.

You cant, you have to choose from the list thats available. Unfortunalty if that feature was turned on, we would have to manually update it continuously, and could get out of hand. I as well and the other admins/mods dont really have time to keep this ongoing.
