i need some info & advise what to get next

i dont really know how much hp i have right now.... just got the car (94mx3 DOHC special edition) recently ... and made some minor mods....<BR>like: 1. (customize) ractive cold air intake<BR> 2. Tanabe racing medalion muffler (i change my piping to 2.25 and took off my cat- converter straight-pipe all the way)<BR> 3.bosch.. 8mm wires & bosch platinum x4 spark plugs..<BR>-- hmmm.. i guess thats all i got ... what should i get next ?... to make my cara lil faster?<BR>and also how much hp do u think i got right now?<P>---- i just recently smoke an 2000 accord v6 on 2nd gear ..

special edition>? im thinkin u got a v6 mx-3>? i could be wrong, but anyway. stock they have about 130-135, i would say right now u might be crackin 145 at the most maybe a SHADE more it all depends, accords are the fastests beasts off the line, they have weird gearing

well your car comes with 105 hp i think so u should have 117-125<P>but i don;t think they made a 94 se and if they did it would be a v6 not 4 banger so manybe your in the wrong place<P>u can put it on a dyno but then u don't get any more hp from the intake cause theres no wind resentance<p>[ September 27, 2001: Message edited by: Marlon ]

for future mods i'd say: custom headers, new clutch, short shifter, cam if you can find one, pullies from O.R.,get it ported and polished, bigger throttle body , high flow fuel rail,MAYBE tinker w/ the computer, better fuel injectors, a turbo if you can find one, and nitrious as a last resort.<BR>(my personal future mod. list)

If you have a 4cl, you DO NOT have a special edition. They only came with a v6.<P>The 4cl wasnt designed to stand large amounts of power so you may want to consider the b6t swap from a 323 gtx.

Ok, the Special Edition come in 4 bangers... It is the 25th anniversary Special Edition which is a v6! Not to be mistaken! There is also the 10th anniversary, which is a 4 bangers. Well, never mind that.<P>If you are strict with money, put the car on a diet. 100lbs away, and 6hp gains.<P>That's my 2 cents
