Post by phr34k »

im selling my laguna blue gs 1.8L v6. it has around 100,000 miles its a standard. the interior is well kept except for a rip in the drivers seat. (Cut with knife from ex-buddy) has a pioneer head unit with stock speakers. would like $3500 and will ship anywhere. i will have picks of the exterior including the main flaw on saturday. just put a new driver's side power window switch. THIS CAR HAS NO MODS!
It has one large body flaw where i hit a street lamp. its on the passenger side quarter panel. i can pick this up for you at a salvage yard for $125 extra.
email me if you have more questions.

Not sure were they got it from but I was there when it came in and sure enough it was brand new.But if all you have is rust I would'nt get a new quarter panel I'd just get it sansed and painted. I paid like 2-250 for it if I remember correctly.If you need a quarter panel for your car pick up the phone book and shop around for it. it will not be hard to find,if a body shop can get it so can we.

im just wondering what you mean by quater panel. Im thinking panel liek the front fenders, the metal on the rear of the car is one big piece, did you get the whole thing? like under the door and down the pillar? or do they just cut out a panel and weld it in

let me clear up,
when i got my car with the accident on the passenger side door and quarter panel, i just went ahead and took a look @ www.car-part.com and i found like 15 of them. Some of them were rusty but one was in a pretty decent shape for 150 CDN$. What they do is they cut it from the top and bottom of the door, all the way to the taillights, as they are held by tiny welds and are pretty easy to open up. :D
But in case you have a rusty one, get one from the wreckyard and what the shop will do is cut the rusty one on your car about 5-10 CMs above the wheelwells and cut the new one the same size and weld it back on in a way you will never know it was cut. :p
