Not sure were they got it from but I was there when it came in and sure enough it was brand new.But if all you have is rust I would'nt get a new quarter panel I'd just get it sansed and painted. I paid like 2-250 for it if I remember correctly.If you need a quarter panel for your car pick up the phone book and shop around for it. it will not be hard to find,if a body shop can get it so can we.

im just wondering what you mean by quater panel. Im thinking panel liek the front fenders, the metal on the rear of the car is one big piece, did you get the whole thing? like under the door and down the pillar? or do they just cut out a panel and weld it in

Re: F/S: '93 Laguna Blue GS
let me clear up,
when i got my car with the accident on the passenger side door and quarter panel, i just went ahead and took a look @ www.car-part.com and i found like 15 of them. Some of them were rusty but one was in a pretty decent shape for 150 CDN$. What they do is they cut it from the top and bottom of the door, all the way to the taillights, as they are held by tiny welds and are pretty easy to open up.
But in case you have a rusty one, get one from the wreckyard and what the shop will do is cut the rusty one on your car about 5-10 CMs above the wheelwells and cut the new one the same size and weld it back on in a way you will never know it was cut. :p
