Integrate imageshack to host pictures?

Post by shameem »

There is a plugin for phpbb to integrate imageshack services into the forum (if this site uses phpbb)
Basically -it gives an upload image option right below forum post options -

Sounds like a very useful mod............

Sounds like a good idea, is there a photobucket option for this? Photobucket is a better hosting service IMO

We are using phpBB v3.0.x now, which is a whole new code set, from phpBB v2.0.x.

I will keep an eye on the BETA version you found for phpBB3, and see how it goes before I add it to these forums. Do the people posting an image have to have an imageshack account already, or does it let them use it without registering on the imageshack site?

AFAIK the image hosting is anonymous -- no account needed (i think photobucket is the one that needs user accounts).....
