FAQ: How to Install a fuel pump

Remove rear seat cushion and disconnect fuel pump electrical connector.
Start engine and let it run until it dies
DISCONNECT THE BATTERY
Slowly and carefully remove fuel hose from fuel filter.
Remove access cover.
Disconnect fuel hoses and electrical connector from tank unit.
Remove fuel pump/gauge unit from tank.
Install in reverse order.
RECONNECT THE BATTERY
