1.6 to 1.8 swap Help please

Hey i am sorry for posting this here but i searched it and can't find anything and i ca'nt post in v-6 faq so if anyone can help or steer me in a derction i have a 94 1.6 dohc auto and i am most likely getting a 1.8 5 speed 92 gs parts car and i was wondering it it is posible or how hard it is to swap the 1.8 5 speed into my 1.6 auto Thanks

If you have a donor car, it just takes time.
Im in the middle of doing so myself from a 95RS to a 92GS.

I gutted the RS

then pulling from one, bolting to the other.

Don't put that 1.8l in. Use the parts car for all the linkages, brackets, harness, MAF, etc. But grab a 2.5 from a recycler. Engine world has KL-ZEs for 650$
Corksport has a whole package ECU, Intake (you will need that for the KL-ZE) and engine (KL-ZE), for about 1500$ I think.
