Can I put a GS lip on an RS

Post by 95Precidia »

is this possible, looking at the front GS lip because it looks so much cleaner and is not as expensive as a body kit.

It's a quick and easy straight-up bolt-on for the GS lip to be added to the RS bumper.

WHAT. Neutral, if it is that easy for you please come over and do mine. You have to drill holes in the RS bumper that are unmarked and very hard to mark correctly. The easiest way I see to do it is to paint the bolt ends on the lip and then carefully place the lip on the bumper. The paint will mark the holes and then you drill them. Then after a few test fits and most likely boring a few holes larger to compensate for poor placement it should fit.

Ugh, that sounds like a pita. Maybe I just lucked out? Bumper on my 95RS already had those holes. I guess it's possible one of the previous owners had the bumper replaced and that a GS type bumper (minus lip) was put on the car. Sorry for any bad info. I just assumed that all RS bumpers were predrilled...
