Tools needed:
Screw driver (phillips Head)
Heat gun
Wire cutters/Strippers/crimper tool
Suadering iron/gun
10mm wrench
Items needed:
2 Msd Digital Window Switches (PN 8969)
Silver Sauder
Electrical tape
Heat shrink wrap
Wire loom wrap
8 phillips head self tapping screws
Steps:
1. Remove from all the stuff from the boxes

2. Decide where your going to mount your boxes. ( i mounted mine infront of the ECU. Other places may require you to lengthen your wires.
3. Disconnect battery use 10mm wrench

4.Now you have to locat a 12v source and a ground source. Since you are mounting these beside your ecu, the closes for these sources is your radio.
5. From the msd switches cut the red wire to the correct length needed (so that you dont have extra wire hanging). Strip the wire and then cut and strip the red wire from the Radio. now you should have 3 wires stripped and ready to splice into each other. (1 from the msd and then the 1 red wire that we've cut in half to make 2 wires.) Now cut a small piece of shrink wrap and slide it on the msd switch wire, then sauder these wires togeather wrapp them with some electrical tape and pull the shrink wrap over the connection and shrink it with the heat gun.
6. For step 5 we are going to do the exact same thing that we did in step 4 except Your doing it with the black wire from the msd switch and the black ground wire (not the antenna wire) from the radio.
7. Sweet you Now have power to your msd switches. Turn the key into the on position and make sure they are turning on.
8.Now we are going to run the wires to the engine bay. You can go ahead and Cut the gray wire (msd switch) short as we will not be using it for this setup. Now take the Yellow and white wires from one msd switch and tape them togeather with 2 strips Do the same with the other switch except do this with 3 strips. (we're doing this so that you know which MSD is getting plugged into which vris solenoid make sure you lable the MSD switch as well

K now if you follow the wires from the ecu and you slightly pull back the top of the carpet, you will see where the wires penetrate the firewall (this is on the passenger side). Take your phillips head screw driver and tape all the wires to it and puncture a hole just slightly to the left of the wire harness. (we do this to make sure you dont actually cut a wire). once its through leave the screw driver in and go look in the engine bay, you should then be able to pull the wires through.
9. K now with our labled wire we are going to put set 2 over the 1st vris Solenoid and set 3 on the 2nd Solenoid. Now we are going to take the 2 white wires from both sets and we are going to run them behind the IM, all the way around to the Distributor. Once done go ahead and strip teh wires at the tips and twist the 2 toeather. After this is done go to your distributor, on it is a small 3 wire connector, the middle wire is your Tachometer signal wire, (its yellow with a white stripe). Trace this wire back as far as you can making sure you still leave plenty of wire left (i gave myself about 6" from the disty). Now cut the wire into 2 and strip the tips. Now take and run it over the white wires ( you want to have enough so that it covers the 2 all the way to the firewall and over the connection). Once done Sauder the 4 wires togeather, Wrap the connection with black tape and shrink the wrap.
10. Next we are going to hook up our 1 Vris solenoid. With wire set 2 (which should now be only 1 wire a yellow wire) slide some heat shrink over it, enough to cover it to the firewall. Now you need to locat vris Solenoid noumber 1 (its the solenoid with a White/Redwire and a Brown/White wire) give yourself about 4" and Cut the Brown/White wire. DO NOT CUT THE WHITE AND RED WIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! K now strip the wire that goes into the solenoid and sauder it to the Yellow wire marked number 2. wrap it with black electrical tape and do the the shrink wrap thing.
11.Now we are going to hook up our 2 Vris solenoid. With wire set 3 (which should now be only 1 wire a yellow wire) slide some heat shrink over it, enough to cover it to the firewall. Now you need to locate vris Solenoid number 2 (its the solenoid with a White/Redwire and a Orange/Green wire) give yourself about 4" and Cut the Orange/Green wire. DO NOT CUT THE WHITE AND RED WIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! K now strip the wire that goes into the solenoid and sauder it to the Yellow wire marked number 3. wrap it with black electrical tape and do the the shrink wrap thing.
12. OK so now take the wire loom wrap stuff and make all your wires look pretty and stock. (i'm not gonna tell you how to do this hahahah)
13. Reconnect the Battery.
14. Turn car into On position but do not crank it.
15. Your msd switches should now be cycling through there start up stage, and then should be sitting at 0 as your car isnt on and there are is no tach rpm to read.
16. On the msd switch we've labled 2 press the program button 3 times until its giving you the option of motor size. Now i know what your thinking V6 WRONG!!!! the program will not read your tach signal properly. We are going to set it to 1 so cycle through it useing the down arrow untill you see 1. The reason we have to do this is because we have an internal coil in our distributor, The 1 setting is for cars that have individual coils per cyl and it works.
17. Do the same to the msd switch labled 3 as we just did in step 16.
18. Now back to msd switch 2. Now its up to you to determine where you want to set your rpm ranges for the vris system to close. Now Press Program 1 time (activation rpm) and then press the up arrow until you get to 37 (37x100 is 3700). Press the program button (deactivation rpm) again and set the off state to 62 (62x100 is 6200). Let it sit for a second and its done
19. Grab msd switch 3. Now again its up to you to determine where you want to set your rpm ranges for the vris system to close. Now Press Program 1 time (activation rpm) and then press the up arrow until you get to 42 (42x100 is 4200). Press the program button (deactivation rpm) again and set the off state to 62 (62x100 is 6200). Let it sit for a second and its done
20. Crank the car up!!!!! k now go to your throttle boddy and turn you throttle "trigger" till you see your vris open (It would actually be better if you were to tell a person to rev the motor to over 3700 and look at the 1st vris open, then have them rev it over 4200 rpms and watch the 2nd solenoid open.
21. Mount them where ever you decide is fit with your 8 self tapping screws, YOUR DONE!!!!!!!!!!
Note:
The reason i did this mod was so that i could get my vris system to work properly on my curve neck klze (which is 3750-6200VRIS1 4250-6200VRIS2) you can play with these ranges all you want to see if you can get a better power curve or what not, now you have that option that you didnt before.
