Fixing timing after changing belt

Sorry if this is a dumb question guys how do I fix the timing after replacing the belts does anyone have a listings of where the marks have to be pointing??

Go to Homepage - http://www.mx-3.com/index.cfm and then look down the left side to the Technical Info and select Online Shop Manual. Go to pages B2-107 to B2-109.

Aren't the cam gears marked with a dot to align on the head ?

Yes, that's what's illustrated (although the clarity isn't great) in the online shop manual.
