Rename "Lighting"

The "Lighting" section should be renamed "Electrical / Lighting" (or add a new section).

Topics about ground wires, power windows, sunroof, fuses, etc, etc, etc are all fragmented over "4 Cyl Tech", "6 Cyl Tech", "General" sections. Be better for people to have an easily recognizable section for these questions.

Thanks Barry - there was a post yesterday that is in the Electrical / Lighting FAQ section that should be moved too. Its what prompted me to make this post.
