where can i get colored pipes and hoses and paint for va

supz everyone,
I was thinking about dressing up my V6 engine and i was thinkin about painting the valve cover and the IM and adding some colored hoses and pipes,,
so i have couple of question:
how hard is it to remove the valve cover and intake manifold,,?
where can i get the paint for them, and what kinda preparation should i do before painting it,,?
And where can i get colored hoses and pipes like this guy to dress up the engine in blue,,, (mainly give info in GTA area)

There is a company called Samco that makes Silicone hoses. Also you should probably get the valve cover powdercoated. It will last a looog time and you can beat it with a wrench and it will not scratch.

thas sick guys, i called up and found someone to powdercoat my IM and valve cover, but i g2 take it to em for a price,,,
And as for the hoses and pipes... thanx againn

Hey - couple questions... <p>What does it mean to powdercoat the IM + VC? Is that a special paint or something?<p>Also - Is it possible to just remove your VC + IM yourself and paint them or will you mess up the engine if you do.... <p>(Sorry - im good with the body... but I suck at engines!)

powdercoat is basically dry plastic paint and its applied through static charge by special electrin gun that charges part and then when it comes out theres very low overspray and most of it lands on part due to static charge, then u bake it in oven (not your household oven lol) at 400+ degrees for some time and it comes out Very durable, glossy just like real paint.i got my own powdercoater, but dont have enough time to fix up my mx right now, id powdercoat some parts on it, its gonna be done soon though after i finish my s10

i will not be able to call this person to ask about poweder coating prices till next week,,,<p>could someone give me an idea of how long it will take to powdercoat a piece and also an approximate cost of this method of painting,,, say for the front valve cover and IM,,, <p>thanx all, you guyz are da most helpfull people i eva seen on da face of da planet,,,,
