You can get the Slyvania cool blues at Any Canadian tire for about 10 bucks each. I wouldnt buy them tho they aren't blue at all, more yellow.

This is the best way to get buy with blue head lights! buy a set of the cool blue lights open one of them and get the paper out of the pack call the 1-800 # tell them that you need the paper work faxed to you. Get a set of lights that are blue put them in your car and keep the paper work and other light that is still in the pack in the glove box. When you get pulled over show them the paper work and our spare light. And that will save you fron the ticket. Trust me it works :D

Where abouts in Toronto do you live? If you're near scarbrough, go to PACIFIC MALL. They most likely have them and it is likely to be cheap there too.

Recently, one of my Eurolites burnt out. I had a set of Sylvannia Cool Blues lying around, so I put them in.
BIG difference in lighting. With the eurolites, the light was indeed white, but it wasn't that bright. The light wasn't really projected forward.
But with the Cool blues, going down my ally, the headlights were VERY distinct, like projections!
Think of a MAGlite flashlight:
Eurolight = Wide, undirected beam
Cool Blue = Narrow, directed beam
Sure they're not white or 'blue' anymore, but I'm just blown away by the more intensified lighting. (plus you won't have to worry about getting hassled by cops, because they look stock).
