KL-ZE @ Nippon Motors, good place to buy?

Post by 93 mx-3 gs/se »

I am in California and I was looking for a place to buy a KL-ZE. I checked about 4 places and so far Nippon Motors seems to be my best bet. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Nippon Motors. The place sounded pretty reputable and they will send you high rezolution pics of the engine you are about to buy. <P>They want $1150.00 for a KL-ZE plus $150.00 shipping to Sacramento from LA. The price was the lowest of the 4 places I called. It would be great if someone has bought from them and I could hear how things went. Thanks, check out their web site..... In November I replaced the motor in my MX-3, I purchased it from Nippon Motors in toronto Canada, I was quite impressed with the price and service. I wasn't however impressed at all with the quality. I had to replace the motor a second time just two weeks ago. It was under warranty still but instead I demanded a refund and purchased a new motor at Japan Auto Parts in Toronto. Hopefully I am all set now. Now if I could only get my arse in gear and change that right outer CV Joint.
