Eunos Presso won't Start

Hi all,<BR>I am in a desperate situation. My mechanic can't get my Eunos Presso 1844cc to start after he had re-fitted the water pump. He said that car started yesterday and stopped. He has not been able to restart it again. He said the distributor, fuses,fuel pump are working fine. <P>He wants to know exactly how to set the timing on a Eunos Presso as he thinks that the problem is with the timing. (Note that I recently changed a new timing belt).<P>Any help would greatly appreciated.<P>Davies

Timing belt is off, or broken. 1 of the 2 for sure. I'd double check ignition timing too.
