yea right now i have an 240watt poweraccoustic 4 channel amp powering my 4 factor speakers...i used an rockford amp kit..but it only had to RCA cords so i used an oldier one i had laying around for the 2nd and 3rd channel. do you think that is the reason its whistling... as for the ground. i ran the ground right before the seat belt module is under the center console

I can tell you that is definately the reason that your car is whistling... it happens in mine and it is that crappy old rca.. I notice a buzz when I have the blower on too.
get a new rca.. that is all you need =)

I'm with everyone on this. Its RCA, or ground or both. I have seen many friends with the ground issues because they didn't ground it well.

Yeah, your RCA's play a big factor in that noise. If it's not that, make sure your ground wire is connected good, and to medal, not that hard plastic. Hey Custom, I remember the muffler thing, that's in my neighbor hood over the hill, it seems every car is loud. What gets me is the old school cars that are total pieces of crap that looks like they use duck tape to fix, has a V8 sound when they drive by.
