K8 and KLZE parts are common over the counter stuff in NZ

STA parts in auckland have them if your stuck else repco or
appco will have the gaskets.

Note some gasket kits only supply the outer gasket not the spark
plug rubbers so check the kit when you get it.

if you want gain's or to run a modified motor or a boosted motor
you need to run a aftermarket ECU! there is not point in trying to be
the worlds first in using a JDM ECU

All FWD cars ie 323/familia/protege/mx3 on BG chassis share the same
pedal boxes

The ford equivalt of the BG chassis will fit as im using a ford ...

personally depending on your temperature, i would use a 10w30 synthetic. Its more of an all season oil. A 5w30 is more for colder climates. Also if your engine condition is getting poor you might experience burning oil, since its thinner. As for oil change intervals, i was always sketchy ...

Id punt a guess that you have dirty injectors and they are not
closing hence the excess fuel to be found in the clyinder.
