What are your HP goals? And what will the car be used for?

Have you checked out the Whipple Super Chargers? That would be my first choice and the Eaton would be my second choice.

WOW those are nice :) well my goals? i got a very simple one..get this engine to AT LEAST be 200 hp.. thats all i want for now.. its a dumb kfze 160 (supposebly) It seems to be finall;y running good now. has 36 thousand miles. I was thinking more around 8psi and when i go de/ze it would be another story.

Just be careful. The KFZE just like the KLZE has a 10:1 CR. Too much boost = BOOM.

you could run 8 psi as long as you have enough fuel going to it. You may want to consider designing the system to have a intercooler between the Supercharger and Throttle Body. Use a MSD 6BTM ignition or the Accel 300+ w/ 375+ Ignition controller so that you have boost sensative timing control. This way you can advance the timing pretty far off boost for crusing and when boost hits have the timing pulled back down to firing at about 10* advance (don't go over that under boost). For about that same price you could get a Megasquirt Stand Alone which is what I'd do so that you can have total timing and fuel control. The stock ignition will work (you'll see big gains off of a igniton amplifier though) just close the spark plug gap up to around .032" if it is still missing you can go smaller until the miss goes away.
