More than likely your sunroof drain hose has let go and is letting water flow inside the shell of the car down into the back instead of routing it down and out. Go to the on-line shop manual and go to page of S-053 and S-055 (in the 'body' section) , it gives a good view of what I'm talking about. Its surgery, but it shouldnt be that bad. I had the same problem a few years ago. A bunch of dead bugs, dirt, pieces of leaves, etc. flowed down the tube and into the wheel well. Then when it rained the water soaked everything, the dead bug bodies, leaves and crud held the water, and over time corroded a big old rust hole in the metal behind the rear wheel. That was a mess.
