help me identify my spring and strut (photos) .H&r?

sorry guys , thread time ^^,finally after rain stopped can get some photo .

1) spring , it labels 4003 va and other number cant regognise.
The only thing i found is h&r , but is black where mine is red .
It says black h&r is -45mm , could be so much low on mine ?
(on photobucket there are photos of the car)



2) Strut ..UNKNOWN , guy told me it was Kyb , but really no clue ,
a lot of numbers letters but i did not find any clue ,
do you know it maybe?

H&R's used to all be red. those are H&R's. The struts look like factory Tokico's.. But there should be a stamp on them probably on the opposite side above the mounting plate that will say Tokico or KYB if they are a factory strut.

Why for you no tell us why you want to know this information. U need to say why for or a least give reason for query other wise we no tell you.

Ahah off course i tell you !!THANK you BIG time guys!.
Because my shocks are done for ;corners still perfect , but car feel every hole in his entirety.

They did poor mileage , i and previous owner used mx-3 on sundays and occasionaly city ,
Confirmed by a friend of mine who i trust in his car-expertise .

Though i wondered how precise is still in the corners , cause it's so "low" on springs maybe ?
( already saved me from injury with that steering ^^ . avoiding a dumbass )

Those springs/struts were mounted by previous owner , trusting HIS tech:
He told me he requested -25mm .
But if those are H&R , it means it has mounted LOWER than that.

Google for "4003 VA" ,i find -45mm or "ranging from -30mm <-> -50mm

Now HERE in my city , techs/shops told me that til -30mm springs, Standard Struts are still ok , but
lower than that i risk to destroy struts (plus i developed a crack on top strut mount.. could be for that ?).

And the only solution is to send struts to let modify them by specialists , letting them shorter (like b8 bisltein to understand) and tighter as i would request , changing .
A job about 450 Euros for them - so
hard to swallow , since i need new wheel soon too.
That's why i did need that info !!

"E02634900D" is generic part , how did you know it was KYB?
The only reason i would like to know if it's worthy to repair /custom that one , or to do that on another spare i have with poor mileage ,(gonna see which brand they are) .
That , assuming is really a work to do .

By the way ,
STRUT is TOKICO not Kyb ...
( i found my lost spare suspension , and is the same sticker attached , tokico is engraved ..) .
As a bonus though , it looks that the piece i need is in the old suspension.

Just i dont know if Tokico is a good strut (black one ) .I tHink is the original OE one though .
