Would it be stupid to put a trans cooler on a manual transmission. i keep reading its really un necessary but it wouldnt hurt? I was thinking A manual gearbox doesn't run a pump so you can't fit a cooler unless you have an external pump. Running an external pump would also pressurize the gearbox a bit and you may start having leaking issues. Oil supply would be an issue too, gearbox oil is fairly thick so moving it around through a pump and a cooler would be a problem. Or am i wrong....

Just don't bother.

No benefit, expensive, and you're just adding weight.

Unless its an ATX... then do bother. an ATX actually generates heat (a MTX basically does not), and will suffer from it.
