Through bolt stuck!

Im trying to get the rear latera link to wheel through bolt out without destroying it. Any ideas?

They are $17ea at my local Mazda dealer. I have only ever been able to remove one of those without destroying it. I think I'm about 1 for 30 lol.

I trying my best not to destroy the other two I have. If i do I guess I will be looking to buy some. :crying:
