When i am driving in any gear(mostly 3-5) when i go to accelerate my rpms go way up and i acclerate slowly i have problems keeping my car at 100-120 km because of this is this my clutch or is it a spark or fuel problem

Definately your clutch slipping...I'd replace it with a decent one too, as I replaced mine with one of those cheap azz F1 racing ones from ebay a few years back, and in less than a year, the pressure plate exploded and took my tranny with it....ended up putting in new tranny and Exedy clutch afterwards, with no problems since then...

Exedy OEM will do you fine. Pretty cheap too.
