hay just got the diy pnp MegaSquirt from diy auto tune
ive built it up and folowed the mx6 pin out
car runs but when it come up to tem the fan dosent cut in is teh mx3 fan pin difrent to mx6 ?

MS won't run the fans, unless you altered it to do so. I have my ECU in still, just for the fans, and A/C.

Yes and no, you'll eventually burn out the fans since they're not suppose to be working when the car is moving, so the wind puts extra strain/resistance on the fans. Regardless, those who do KLZE swaps on 94+ Mx-3;s (with the single coolant sensor) and runs a KL31/36 ECU has the fans running all the time as well, and I've barely heard anyone complain about fan failure...

isnt the AC fan always on when the AC is on, regardless of whether or not the car is running?
