Clutch release bearing AKA throwout bearing

so I need to replace this bearing, presumably along with my clutch. I got a nice deal for a Exeddy clutch kit for my 4cyl for $46 off amazon.com. Anyway, I wanted to know if the throwout bearing comes with the clutch kit, or is it something I have to get separately?? I ask because there a few names for this bearing, and I'm not exactly a mechanic. I checked the workshop manual and couldn't find a reference to either one. The only place I've been able to find the bearing is from a Mazda dealer, which is charging $25, but before I get that, I want to make sure it doesn't already come with the clutch kit.

normally clutch kits come with a TOB. Its the big one that the clutch for presses on to disengage the clutch.

The other one you'll want is... ah, what do they call it... a pilot bearing?

Kit includes:

1. Exedy Pressure Plate
2. Exedy Clutch Disc
3. OEM Release Bearing
4. OEM Pilot Bearing
5. Alignment Tool

so I guess the 'OEM Release Bearing' and the throwout bearing are one in the same???....if it is, I'm good
