Hit and Runs!!! ARRRGHH!!!

We have the worst parking lot I've ever seen - the doctor downstairs has about 90% older patients, and they CANT DRIVE. My car was swiped on the rear bumper yesterday (while it was parked, no less) and they DIDNT STOP AT ALL. I found it later on.... now I've gotta fix the bumper too!!@!#
