Just a little intro, Hello to all

Post by tumbleweed »

I am the proud owner of a Rasberry metalic 1993 mazda mx3 w/ the twin cam V6. About six months ago some idiot crashed my front end, I'm going to rebuild my baby but can't seem to find someone who wants to sell the entire body, I need the whole front end so I can weld the front clip onto my car, I figure that would be better than just bending it back out. The wreck crinckled the hood, fenders and the bumper so I need body parts to. It does'nt matter if someone just cuts off the front of a mazda and sells it to me. I have to fix my car I hate seeing it like this. If anyone knows any info e-mail me at tumbleweed822@att.net" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and let me know. Thanks

Welcome, Tumbleweed!
Of about 26 front end wrecked MX-3's I've seen none of them needed a clip, except this one:

But seriously, everybody just pulls the rad and stuff out, and gets new fenders, bumper, and hood.
God luck!
I don't get why 90% of MX-3s run into $#!+.

I've heard of alot of accidents recently, and everyone in the MX3 tend to be OK...thats good for such a small car.

I agree, you won't find a front clip anywhere, really, and there is no point. Find a j/y near you, and you will get the best price on the parts you need! Where are you located? You can buy parts from people here, but you'd hafta pay shipping. Nice to see youre doing the work yourself!

You can pick up a working mx3 for like 500$ most places...thats probably a good place to start looking too!

If the only body damage is a hood, front bumper and fenders and the rest of the car is beautiful, probably not. Its easy to fix front end body damage...the sides are a PITA because its a unibody so you have to actually fix things instead of replacing the broken junk.

The front of my car was just barely nicked, So I would like to find another mazda to cut off the radiator support and weld it on to my mazda, I just want to get it as close to what it was as possible. The rest of the car looks fabulous and it is very fixable because my front tires and shocks are still aligned and straight. my car turns over and tries to start but my Distributor cap is cracked, So I'm not getting any spark. I need the fenders, hood, bumper and a radiator. Does anyone have a mazda that has been wrecked in the rear. I live in GA so any of the surrounding states would be fine, I will come and pick it up.
