racing seats and brackets

ive been looking around for a good week now for the info i need but its just bits and pieces and not the whole thing i need.

i want to buy BOMZ racing seats. know they are cheap but i dont care. ive seen that the rails in the mx3s are the same as an escorts rails. i want to know if they have the same brackets, and if they are, will they bolt onto the BOMZ racing seats. whats the most simple way to get these put in my car.
