\I've finished wiring up the main harness, leaving grey (going to chassis ground) and pink (launch control, not support with coil packs), but I don't see any reference to the wires coming out of the gromet beside of it; yellow, white, black, red and green. What are they for and where do they go?

As well, I've got a few generic questions.
How are wideband system's wired up to interface with Megasquirt? I read that it needs a controller, which seems to come with it seals in an assembly. Once I get the kit, does all I need to do is hook it up to the "Rear H02S Input"?
I don't have Air Conditioning and no EGR system, so I'm not concerned, but is there anything that I'm sacrificing by doing that? I see in the wiring diagrams that there's functions runing to the ECU like the DRL Lights, some "Headlamps On Input" and Rear Window Defrost. Are those functions lost by me doing this or are they just non-relevant and they function indipendantly to the ECU?
For the coil packs, I was thinking of going with the recommended Ford packs. Do you use the regular plug wires or do you need special wires specifically designed for those coil packs?
Where is this +5v "Vref"? Where do I get it from, I don't see it in the wiring of the stock system? Where does it go in the Megasquirt?
Oh, and one last thing. How exactly to the injectors work with this system. The way I see wired up so far is that they're wired together in 2 sets...how does that work? I would see it that you'd fire one set of 3 injectors at ones, than the other set of 3 injectors. How does megasquirt control each injector?
