rear brake issue

rear brake issue
after inspection my rear brake drum has a leak .. the rubber boot on the brake cylinder has a small tear and is leaking fluid ...can I purchase a new set of rubber boots or do I have to buy the whole cylinder ...also just noticed my brake bleeding screw is broken off ...what do I need to buy to fix that problem too ?

Here's the time to swap them to disc brakes. Then you don't have to worry about the rear brake cylinders leaking.

I would change whole wheel cylinder. You dont want to mess with them, I remember one failed on our old blazer and brakes failed. Glad there were no cars around or it could've been major accident.
