Triple check your battery and starter wires.

Take off your starter, have it tested. Battery too.

Can you turn over the motor by hand?

I had quite a few issues getting my starter to spin properly and consistently after I did my ATX to MTX swap. Part of it was grounds.. part of it was the power to the starter. I replaced the main starter power cable and ran a ground cable directly to one of the starter mount bolts. Starter spins like a windmill in a hurricane now :D
