where to buy a ECT sensor?? help please

ive tried my local place and searched the internet for a ECT sensor for my az-3 1.5 dohc 16v 1993 cant find anywhere so i was also wandering is there anywhere in uk ? or if i can use one from a different car like the 1.6 mx3? please help i really need 1 :cry:
