question about 18s (yes I did search)

Hello all,

Before I get any ribbing about how slow/ugly/crappy this will make my car, I have a nice set of OZ wheels for autocross/rally days.

I have a opportunity to grab some Enkei 18's for my mx-3 on the cheap. My only concern is that they are 18x8 with a 45mm offset. After searching for a few hours, I did not come across anything solid about what offset would work (anything from 38 to 42 seems popular to the 4 or so people using 18s). Any help (quickly) would be appreciated.

Oh, and the car has been dropped about 1.3in with ST springs.

Thanks all!

Ben

Hmm, the only thing you are gonna run into is the width issue. IIRC I was running a 7.5" rim (could have been 8) with 215-35 tires and it was REAL close to the strut. But, if that works then all is good, the drop will be fine.
