V12 Issues

[Bling Bling]

I bought a F-345 V12 Amp from a guy I work with and after switching the wiring over from my other amp, I had a "TEM" flashing on the screen. I pulled power, fuses, checked connections and repowered and still the same thing. I hooked up my Pheonix Gold amp and it works. But back to the alpine, I checked the readings for temperature and it showed "300deg F" and the fan never came on. Any ideas???
