Thermoswitch problem

Once again my fan stopped kicking on, i grounded the B/G wire going to the thermoswitch and they kick on, so I replace the sensor again but it doesnt fix the problem. So what now?

Are you sure you replaced it with the right switch - there's another one wire sensor that goes to the temp gauge in the dash - maybe you got that part by mistake. Also have you cleaned the connector to remove all the grime and corrosion. If nothing else, maybe you just got a bad part....
