cd changer

Post by mitmaks »

Ive bought a cd changer for our 96 lexus es300 off of ebay. This is stock cd changer, car didn't have one when we bought it. I put discs in magazine and put it in cd changer but when trying to play them dash display says Err. I;m not sure whats wrong, discs are loaded label side down as it says but they do not seem to play.

Does the factory radio have the din cable plugged in or even have one installed? If not the changer may have to be reset. SOmetimes they have a little tiny button that you have to push with a pin or needle.
