im paintin the dash, i got all the interior panels/trim out, and ive disconnected everything i need to, except i cant figure out how to disconnect the lighter from the panel its on....ive tried alot, if uve done this please tell me how to get it off

Just clips in from behind. Easy, just push it forward.
