no harm meant ...but as far as moving your seat back I dont' think anyone here has done that , you may have to take you car to a local body shop :)

you haven't seen my Craftsman Rx-7

http://www.themoosehorn.com/Personal/sp ... man%20Rx-7

That's mild bar... when i make the bracket i plan to use 3/8's walled square tube steel and i'm going to cut the front riser so it's flush to the floor...

Then i'll make an H Frame with wings on the back to mount to the stock rear seat bolt holes.

DAYYUMM, I needs me one of those for my Snapper!

Just FYI, Chris (greenturd on here) is 6'5" and fits just fine. I cannot see all this seat moving being necessary for only a 6'er

i'm 6'3" 260lbs... size 16 shoes... and Mx-3 is a small car for me...
I currently drive a 01 honda accord 4dr manual and although it is roomy... i feel tight in it..

I drive VERY agressively with my hands always on the wheel and shifter ...When I need to get it the wheel around while shifting, I don't want my legs in the way...

I have the seat all the way back in the mx and it's not a comfortable position for me.. so this will also allow me to shim the seat up to adjust the a-- part of the seat for tilt...

With all grade 8 bolts, lock-nutz and washers.. It AINT comin ooot..Also that's a 10 minute rough draft... but i'll be able to mount the seat anywhere from stock location to 3-6inches back...And it will be able to use the stock sliders with some modifing... so i'll be able to put the seat only a few inches Back and then slide the seat around :D
