door locks and heat fan

Hi, my first post here, I'm Norwegian so please be patient of my English :)

I have a '93 Mx3 v6, with electrical door locks.
Suddenly the door on the driver side, refuses to be locked by the key, I can unlock it, the key just won't go clockwise. I can still lock it from the inside. Can this be electrical (loose wire or something) or is it mechanical in the lock?

I'm also having a bit of noise from my heat-fan-motor (no AC). This noise is only evident after driving quite a while, probably an hour or more, I guess it could be a bearing, any suggestions? Do I have to replace the whole motor?

Regards
Svein

I don't know much about the heater fans as I have not seen many problems with them, but would bet it is a replace the whole motor type of fix.

As for the locks try lubricating it with some graphite. It can be bought at any major store like WalMart Home Depot or places like that. However, I have no idea what kind of stores are in Norway, but I don't think it will be a problem to find.
After you squirtthe graphite into the lock hole (where you put the key in) then turn it a few times with the kay. If it won't let you unlock it just keep lokcing it and unlock it by hand on the inside. It should loosen up and allow you to unlock it after a minute or two. I lubriacte all my exterior locks about once a year.

I've tried lubricating the locks with oil, but it's still stuck and outside temperatures is well above the freezing point....
