I would like to know what exactly it does ?. Machine shop can do this for my bp head for like +75$. I would like to know how it work and if i should do that for boosted applications.

cut the head and valves on 3 angles!! seals the valves better to the head!!

and it mean ?? :P If i plan going turbo with this bp, its a good investment ? or its more for n/a

Well I work in a machine shop... so here goes.

The seats needs to be the right width and smooth so that it makes a full seal to the valve and you don't loose any compression. After time the seats or valves wear down and they have to be reground. The seats are cut at 30, 45, 60 degrees... the 45 is where it makes contact with the valve. If you have the right width, you will get a good seal and good heat dispersion.

If you have blow by, valve not sealing on the seat properly, that's one of the causes of bad compression.

Hope that answers some of you question.

Yes, it is good if you plan to turbo it down the road cause the head is doing what it's suppose to.
