where would i get a wide band o2 sensor for my DOHC B6?? What is the price range for those sensors??

You just can't plug a wide band O2 into your car and expect it to work. A wide band O2 worked on a 5v signal were a regular O2 has a 1V signal. To make a wideband work on your car you would need some sort of electronic circuit to be able to handle the signal of the wideband then convert the signal back to a narrow band 1V signal that your ECU with understand. Cost at least US$300-400+ to drive a A/F meter and convert a signal back to 1V. For one that will have direct benefit to your engine

so a wide band is not plug and play?? Is there a kit to buy that plugs right together so there is no rewiring or mods to be done??

Innovative Motorsports has a wideband controller + sensor available for 200 dollars (both the controller and sensor together). It has two programmable outputs. You can program one of them to emulate a narrowband sensor. Very slick setup.
