Wanting to put in the mx-3 bucket seats?

Is it possible to change just the backrest of the seats in MX-3's. Because I want to change my normal ones with the MX-3 bucket style backrests, and keep the actual seat.

Please tell me if it possible and do all the levers still work properly?
