You probably messed with the cable or something when you took off the TB..How much higher is it ideling? if it is not to much you can adjust the idel with the Idle Screw that is located ont he top of the TB, just turn it till the idle is normal. :)

Check the online shop manual to make certain you are adjusting the right screw. Also you will need to have TEN and GND jumpered on the diagnostic box at the time you make the adjustment or your ECU will not record the change.

The diagnostic box is a little black box located on the drivers side of the engine bay near the firewall.. fairly close to the Master Cylinder. I recommend reading up in the shop manual a bit before you make any adjustments.

ok I got it to idle right but when the rev drop it seems to hang up for a sec at like 1000rpm then drops. What could that be?

My car has always done something similar.. When coasting to a stop.. my idle is just under 1000 RPMS.. when I come to a complete stop, then the idle drops down to 750 or so. I always thought that was pretty much normal.
