I got one 15 in my car already. I am going to try to stick 2 15in subs in my car. If my idea works i can fit 2 in but it will be pert tight on space. One of my freinds works at a wood place that makes cabnets and crap. We also make custom boxes for people on the weekends.

what kind of sub and how much air space do they need i have a box design to fit in the mx with 3 15in pheniox gold subs but you have to fiberglass out your sparetire well and mount your amps either in the box or under your seats

The box i was thinking is have 2 15in subs. 1 on each side of the car, they will be put in at a angle. Kind of verticly facing inworders with 2 ports in the middle. The subs and amps i am useing is all crossfire 2 bd2 subs with 2 200watt crossfire amp's. I got one of each in my car right now and it sounds good. I just want a more crazy bass sound then just one 15in sub that should be in a ported box but its not so i want to get a new setup.

cool well a sealed box is going to be easier to work with and depending on what the sub basket looks like you can save some space and inver the subs (magnets out) and get some serious bass responce and kick out of them i say go for it pound the crap out of them
(and get pics of the set up as well)

My car works well with 2 15'2! Make sure and build the box short to fit under both rear speakers. You will have about 36 in width. My box is 36w 24d 15h. and thats ported with 2 Lanzar 15's. I compete in SPL and am doing 149.6db. Roughly 5 cubic feet.

you can hit 150db in an mx-3 with a single well made 12" sub when powered correctly...
